Starter Selection

Homemade rustic tomato & roasted red pepper soup with basil oil, served with toasted focaccia


Smoked salmon, prawn and avocado stack presented on a blini with lemon coulis and a dill dressing


Warming Christmas chicken, ham hock and chestnut pie with a winter garden pea puree


Blue cheese and apple with cider terrine, with sugared cranberries and holly


Creamy garlic mushroom pot, with roast chestnuts, a crumble topping and focaccia

Main Course Selection

Roast breast of turkey, with pigs in blankets, forcemeat stuffing and cranberry filled tartlet, and roast gravy


Seared seabass fillet with roasted mashed butternut squash, in a champagne and lobster sauce


Slow roasted rib eye of beef, with parsnip puree, Yorkshire pudding, red onion jam & horseradish dumplings and red wine jus


Our very own nut and cranberry roast wrapped in a giant Yorkshire pudding pancake and oven baked. Served on a parsnip mash with red pepper coulis and roast vegetable gravy


Mixed local game cooked in a rich red wine and vegetable sauce served with sage, cranberry and onion dumplings

All mains are served with honey roasted carrots, buttered sprouts, braised red cabbage and roasted potatoes.

Christmas plum pudding with brandy cream sauce or fresh cream
